Welcome & Belong
A warm arrival helps children transition into the day feeling safe, known, and welcomed.

OUR PROGRAMS
From the earliest weeks through the preschool years, each Little Lambs classroom is designed around children's changing developmental needs, individual rhythms, and growing independence.
SCHEDULE A TOURKNOWN • LOVED • NURTURED
Young children change quickly. Their needs for care, movement, communication, independence, challenge, and connection change with them. Our classroom structure allows teachers to provide experiences that are appropriate for each stage while maintaining the same warm, Christ-centered culture throughout the academy.
Across every program, children experience responsive relationships, purposeful play, predictable routines, whole-child learning, and Christ-like character development inspired by the teachings and example of Jesus.
INFANT PROGRAM
The Manger is built around one essential idea: babies learn through secure, responsive relationships. Teachers follow individual feeding, rest, and caregiving needs while creating a calm environment filled with conversation, movement, sensory exploration, music, stories, and loving interaction.
Responsive infant care where everyday caregiving moments become opportunities for trust, connection, language, and discovery.
A nurturing bridge into toddlerhood with movement, emerging language, growing independence, and joyful discovery.
YOUNG TODDLER PROGRAM
The Meadow supports children during an exciting period of rapid growth. As toddlers become more mobile, expressive, social, and independent, teachers provide safe opportunities to explore while helping them build communication, self-help skills, emotional security, and confidence.
TWO-YEAR-OLD PROGRAM
The Flock — 2s channels a two-year-old's growing curiosity into purposeful learning. Children are encouraged to communicate, make choices, practice independence, move their bodies, solve simple problems, engage in imaginative play, and begin navigating friendships with patient teacher guidance.
A busy, joyful classroom where two-year-olds can explore, communicate, create, move, and grow in independence.
Purposeful experiences help three-year-olds become more capable communicators, learners, friends, and helpers.
THREE-YEAR-OLD PROGRAM
The Flock — 3s builds on children's growing language, imagination, independence, and social awareness. Teachers use play, conversation, stories, movement, creative experiences, early concepts, and group participation to help children develop the confidence and foundational skills that prepare them for their next stage of learning.
A DAY AT LITTLE LAMBS
No two days with young children are exactly alike. Across our classrooms, familiar rhythms create security while leaving room for individual needs, curiosity, relationships, and joyful discovery.

PARTNERS IN THE EARLY YEARS
Children thrive when home and school feel connected. Our commitment extends beyond the classroom to the relationships, communication, and trust we build with each family.
Teachers learn each child's routines, personality, interests, strengths, and emerging needs so care can remain personal and responsive.
Learning is intentionally woven into play, conversation, caregiving, movement, stories, music, and everyday experiences.
Parents receive meaningful communication and remain important partners in their child's care, development, and daily experience.
Children experience kindness, patience, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, honesty, service, and respect through everyday relationships.
At Little Lambs, we want families to feel confident not only in where their child spends the day, but in how their child is known, cared for, and encouraged to grow.
LEARNING TO LIVE LIKE JESUS
Faith is woven into the culture of Little Lambs through the way children are cared for and the way teachers model relationships. In age-appropriate ways, children experience the teachings and example of Jesus through loving interactions, prayer, stories, encouragement, helping others, and everyday opportunities to practice Christ-like character.
