Information we collect

When you submit a Schedule a Tour or Contact form, Little Lambs Christian Academy receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact information, your child's name and date of birth or expected due date, program interest, desired start date, tour preferences, and questions or notes.

How we use it

We use website inquiry information to respond to your request, communicate about tours and admissions, understand potential classroom needs, and continue the enrollment conversation you initiated. Website inquiry information is not intended to replace the official enrollment, health, or authorization records required before care begins.

Family records and Brightwheel

For enrolled families, Little Lambs plans to use Brightwheel as the secure family hub for academy documents, required forms and uploads, billing, communication, and account information. Brightwheel's own privacy and security terms apply when families use that service.

Email and website hosting

Website form submissions are transmitted to the Little Lambs director email through our website hosting environment. Internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not submit highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, medical records, or passwords through the public website forms.
