Little Lambs Christian Academy is a Christ-centered early childhood community created to give young children an exceptional beginning and families a trusted partner in their earliest years.

We believe families should not have to choose between excellent early childhood care and an environment that reflects the character and teachings of Jesus. Little Lambs was created to bring those priorities together in a safe, nurturing academy designed especially for infants and toddlers.
Our goal is simple: know each child, love them well, partner closely with their family, and provide purposeful experiences that help them grow.

OUR LEADERSHIP
Annikka Thrailkill brings more than a decade of childcare experience to Little Lambs Christian Academy, with a background spanning corporate early childhood care, private nanny services, and hands-on work with children and families. Her experience with KinderCare gave her practical knowledge of childcare operations, staff coordination, parent communication, classroom organization, health and safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
Annikka earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis. As Little Lambs’ owner and Director, she brings together her professional childcare experience, her perspective as a mother, and her commitment to Christ-centered early education to create an academy where children are known, loved, and nurtured.
Little Lambs is intentionally owner-led so that its mission, family relationships, classroom culture, and standards of care remain closely connected to the leadership families know and trust.
